ReViews By Critics For Revolution 2015

Louis Proyect | rec.arts.movies.reviews
The film demonstrates how a scientific understanding of global warming is an imperative to take action in order to save ourselves as well as the sea creatures the director loves so much.

Jeannette Catsoulis | New York Times
Trying to gather too much into his net, Mr. Stewart gets a little lost, but his bottom line could not be clearer: When the oceans die, so do we.

Katherine Monk | Canada.com
As a piece of timely, well-researched propaganda, it does what it had to do, and forces the viewer to make a latex mould of one's own footprint and take responsibility for our own part in creating an over-trodden planet.
Michael Posner | Globe and Mail
It should be essential viewing, particularly in high schools and universities, whence the next generation of policy makers will one day emerge, hopefully more enlightened than we have been.
Jim Slotek | Jam! Movies
Revolution is a such a neck-breakingly random series of connected concerns, it amounts to a Whole Sick Earth Catalogue, a primer of sorts.
Linda Barnard | Toronto Star
A well-meaning yet disjointed effort that often seems more like a crusader's travelogue than documentary.

Radhika Apte: Talks About Story of Hunterrr

Actress Radhika Apte, who will be seen in a film about a sex addict titled Hunterrr, feels that having an appetite for sex is as normal and healthy as it is for food. Only, it is made out to be a "big thing" in India, she says.

"I think in our country in general, to have an appetite for sex is considered a big thing. But having an appetite for sex and food is equally normal and healthy," Radhika, whose forthcoming Bollywood film Hunterrr releases on Friday, told IANS during a visit here.

In the film, her co-actor Gulshan Devaiah will be seen playing the role of Mandar Pokshe, a man obsessed with sex. Radhika feels that the society looks at a "bigger sex appetite" as a "bad thing".

"I think to have a bigger sex appetite is not a bad thing at all...and anyway, bigger and smaller compared to who, is another question," she said, adding that since so little is spoken of sex openly in India, one doesn't really know that "the other person who says something, goes home and has sex how many times".

Talking about Gulshan's character, Radhika Apte said that he's not someone who forces anyone or passes sleazy comments or jokes. "He is just someone who likes to be with different women and have mutual consensual sex." The actress says that the posters and trailer of Hunterrr may suggest it as an adult comedy, but it is genuinely a simple love story.

Asked if she is comfortable doing intimate scenes on the screen, the actress promptly said, "I am very comfortable doing intimate scenes. For an actor, scenes having intimacy or performing any kind of scenes, is a part of the job." "It depends on the context of the film, who is directing it, why is the scene necessary and all other things. You cannot generalise it. It is just my perspective. It just depends on the context (of the scene)."

Hunterrr is directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni and is set to release this Friday.

Romantic Pop Songs To Delete From Playlist After Break Up

Music helps you set a mood. If you are in a good mood, you listen to a cheerful song, and when you ago through a break up, you listen to music! Depending on your various moods, you make a playlist. However, when you are heartbroken, you pick up a list of songs especially with lyrics that will connect with your state of mind and situation. Heart breaks can be worst and music can do wonders to help heal that broken heart and help you move on.

However, there are some pop songs which you must avoid listening to when you are going through a break up. This is because there are some romantic songs which add more to the misery so it is better to remove these love songs from your playlist after break up.

'Love Story' by Taylor Swift: This song is not for broken hearts. Your love story just ended so listening to this song of Tay Tay might make you think about the failed romance more. Try replacing it with her latest single, 'Blank Space'.

'Just The Way You Are' by Bruno Mars: Bruno Mars made us believe in love with this romantic song. Now that you are no more into a romantic relationship, replace this song with 'The Lazy Song' or 'Uptown Funk' to shake a leg and cheer up your dull mood.

'All of Me' by John Legend: The Oscar winning singer dedicated this love song to his wife, and when you are going through a break up, you can't deal with people showing love and dedicating songs!

'The Heart Wants What It Wants' by Selena Gomez: She is heartbroken in this song, talking about her failed romance with Justin Bieber, and seriously crying over your lost lover will only break you down further. So lets not think about what the heart wants and move on just like she did with Zedd after this song and came up dancing with 'I Want You To Know.

'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding: She is the upcoming queen of romantic songs with hit singles like Love Me Like You Do and 'How Long Will I Love You'. However, Fifty Shades mania is too strong and if you just had a break up, skip this song as you might miss your Christian Grey more!

'A Thousand Years' by Christina Perri: This is another romantic song which will make you cry more on the bed. Loved you for a thousand years is not the right song to listen to when you are going through this sad phase.

'Hunterrr' Team Asked To Clean Up Its Act

The Erotic comedy Hunterrr, which is scheduled to open on Friday, has been asked by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to clean up its language. A source from the CBFC said, "The trailer had been passed by the previous CBFC team and it contained a lot of objectionable language. There is nothing we could do about it. However, he language censored in the film was done according to suitability of the theme.

"We were aware that 'Hunterrr' was a sex comedy. We went along with the risque dialogues as much as we could." However, the CBFC suggested that beeps in the objectionable portions of the dialogue be re-recorded to avoid jerks in the soundtrack.

A source from the production house Phantom Films said, "We were asked to make changes in the dialogues, which we did. It was not that difficult since the actors are relatively less busy. "If the film starred A-listers it would have been impossible to re-do the dubbing. But our very dedicated team of actors Gulshan Devaiah, Radhika Apte and Sai Tamhankar diligently went through the entire dubbing process again.

"We've substituted lines and words for what was seen by the CBFC as unacceptable verbal content. We're now censored with an 'A' certificate and ready for release."

Anushka Sharma Happy To Be In News For NH10 Than For Virat

Anushka Sharma has always been making headlines for her supposed relationship with Virat Kohli. However, the actress is now in news for her commendable performance in the film NH10. Anushka Sharma's latest release NH10 has received positive reviews from the critics and the actress says she is happy to be in news for her work rather than her personal matters.

"I am happy to be in news for right reasons. I am not a kind of actor who wants to be in headlines even if I am not working," said Anushka Sharma in an exclusive interview.

The actress further asserted that she never talked about her relationships and puts the blame on media for making news out of her personal life. "I never discussed about my personal life. It's the media which makes all these stories," added Anushka. Anushka Sharma's NH10 has been directed by Navdeep Singh which features Neil Bhoopalam and Darshan Kumaar in key roles.

Kim Kardashian Reveals Frozen's Elsa The Reason Behind Her Going Blonde

Kim Kardashian West has given a hint behind going platinum blonde this time. The 34-year-old reality TV star shared the reason behind dying her hair blonde.

Kim took to Twitter to reveal that her daughter, North West has been the reason behind her going blonde. Kim compared herself to none other than the pretty Frozen's Elsa.

The stunning wife of rapper Kanye West posted a black and white pic of her winter wonderland-esque outfit emulating the animated snow queen by wearing a large fur coat and fluffy white throw wrap.

Courtesy of twitter 'Channeling my inner Elsa for North,' Kim wrote as her one-year-old princess, North West is a Frozen fan!

Last week itself, North aka Nori showed her love for Frozen when she was snapped in mommy, Kim's lap at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris wheeling around a Frozen-themed suitcase. Cinderella Tops US Box Office With 70 Million Opening Weekend Collections

Cinderella Tops US Box Office With 70 Million Opening Weekend Collections

Cinderella has been making news since the release date was coming closer. The Disney's live-action take on the famous fairytale "Cinderella" grossed an estimated USD 70.1 million at the North American weekend box office after its release last week.

It wasn't the highest-grossing opening for a Disney movie in March. (That title belongs to "Alice in Wonderland" and "Oz the Great and Powerful.")

Cinderella has turned out to be the top 6 highest March opening weekend at box office in 2015. However, Cinderella could not beat 2010's Alice in Wonderland which collected $116,101,023 and landed on the 2nd place.

The movie starring Lily James has a bigger opening than Disney's "Maleficent" (USD 69.4 million) despite the fact that the 2014 movie has a more famous female lead, Angelina Jolie. Overseas, the film raked in USD 62.4 million for a worldwide total of USD 132.5 million.

Attached to the screenings of "Cinderella" is animated short "Frozen Fever", which features the "Frozen (2013)" characters. This provided a double dose of family entertainment, especially after a string of R-rated films in recent weeks. "Run All Night", the latest action film starring Liam Neeson, entered the chart at No 2 with an estimated USD 11 million. It is a weak debut compared to Neeson's "Tak3n", which opened to USD 39.2 million in January.

Michael Nordine | Village Voice     The pacing may sometimes feel glacial but, as with the gold we eventually see harvested, the payoff proves worth the effort.

Mr. Horvath's procedural, increasingly dry documentary takes the "rush" out of "gold rush."

This film about Yukon gold could only have duller if it had been about Yukon gold potatoes. No, I take that back. The potatoes would have been more interesting.
